CONFERENCE & PARTNERSHIP BOOST FOR BPO SECTOR

The Department of Trade and Industry, together with the industry organisation for the business process outsourcing sector – Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA) - partnered to present BPO Week during November.

The purpose of this event, which was made up of a conference followed by BPESA’s Annual African Stars Awards was to focus on and “emphasise the dti’s role in the sustainability and growth of the sector and promote and market South Africa’s value proposition on BPO”.  It is envisaged that this partnership will assist in promoting an enabling environment for this important sector.
