Nedbank’s commitment to the development of business talent has again been highlighted through the company’s involvement in the JCCI/Nedbank Gauteng Exporter of the Year Competition.  This competition, launched in 2001, focuses on the contribution made by Gauteng businesses in boosting the province’s gross domestic product (GDP) and employment creation through manufacturing and export.

The categories in which the awards were made this year include the Small, Medium and Large Manufacturing Award; the Export Services Award; the Emerging Exporter Award, as well as several awards for excellence presented to companies that have made a special contribution in the fields of technology and innovation, including an Environmental Award.
