Proudly South African getclosure and SA Rocks have recently launched the Don’t Complain Campaign to help consumers to promote and influence positive change in South Africa.

The central message is that consumers should change their approach when they receive sub-standard service.  They need to engage the service provider or supplier and offer constructive criticism so that businesses can learn from their mistakes, improve on quality and offer better products and services going forward.
