CGF AND CORPORATE CONNECT PRESENT CAPTIVATING BREAKFAST PRESENTATION ON GOVERNANCE
Corporate Connect and CGF Research Institute (Pty ) Ltd, a Proudly South African organisation that specialises in conducting umbrella research on Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) have joined forces to present a captivating breakfast seminar on the increasingly important subject of governance and compliance-related issues.
The seminar has been scheduled for Wednesday, 17 March 2010 at The Gallery, 300 Malibongwe Drive (Hans Strijdom Drive), Randburg. It commences at 07:30 for 08:00 to 10:00, and the cost is R300,00 per person.
The welcome address will be managed by Ansel Allen, Managing Director of Corporate Connect, while Terry Booysen, CEO of CGF Research Institute is the presenter.

About the speaker
Terry Booysen is a director and co-founder of CGF Research Institute (Pty) Ltd. He has served most of his professional career in the SA financial services market where he fulfilled a number of senior management positions across the retail, commercial and corporate banking sectors, notably at Barclays Bank Plc, Santam Bank, First National Bank and Nedcor Group. He is widely recognised for his thought leadership and innovative approach. As an independent executive consultant he is high in demand amongst both private and public sector organisations that are eager to revisit their business strategy and practices against the backdrop of business innovation and corporate governance. He gained international experience as an e-business strategy consultant at Electronic Trading Solutions and at IBM SA where he became Services Executive of Global Midmarket Business. He is a member of the Ethics Institute of South Africa, the British Chamber of Business in Southern Africa and of the Business Women Association of SA (BWASA).
