This competition is open to South African citizens aged 18 years or over who are currently students in any of South Africa’s recognised tertiary institutions
This competition is not open to any director, employee, agency, prize sponsor or contractor of Proudly South African or their agencies and members of their immediate family; or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The closing date and time for entries will be Friday, 18 June at 23h59. Entries posted thereafter will not be permitted or considered.
Proudly South African does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition are as follows:
Entrants are to fill in their personal details on the Proudly SA website, select their preferred business to visit, as well as submit a short motivation detailing why they believe they should be chosen to go on the tour of the business/factory.
Proudly South African and any prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever. (PUT THIS AT THE VERY END)
9) The prize is as follows:
5 x students will be selected to visit one of the sites listed below. Each venue will host up to 5 students. The venues are:

Transport will be provided from a central pick up point to and from the member company, all COVID-19 protocols to be adhered to and snack packs will be provided. Winners will be required to sign an indemnity form before embarking on the tour/visit.
Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
Proudly South African reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by Proudly South African. No entrant shall have any recourse against Proudly South African as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
Winners will be chosen as follows:
5 x winners will be chosen per host company from the entries received via the Proudly SA website. The judges will choose the winners at their discretion based on the rules mentioned in point 7 above.
The winner/s give consent to have their photograph, full name, and province published/broadcast publicly on any media platform/s identified by Proudly South African at its discretion.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. Proudly South African and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilizing prizes won.
Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
